Action for Development hosted its annual staff retreat this year at CAGI in Geneva, on Tuesday 10th of December.
The staff from the Geneva office got together in order to brainstorm about the organization’s humanitarian strategy in Afghanistan for the year 2020; the retreat was also joined by members of the Board of Trustees and it was an occasion to analyze the outcomes of AfD’s projects, discuss about possible improvements and share ideas.
3D mapping exercises were used as a tool to bring multiple dimensions and perspectives to our strategy for 2020.
We were honoured by the visit of H.E. The Ambassador of Afghanistan to Switzerland and Chief of the Afghan Mission to the UN, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Andisha, who joined the last part of the retreat in support of AfD’s efforts in Afghanistan.
