Our cost-effective and cascade approach, which emphasizes participation and community empowerment, has proven successful in achieving sustainable development and improving well-being. Women’s health and empowerment are at the core centre of AfD’s development programs, and we are committed to reducing maternal and infant mortality, as a key priority in our efforts to create lasting change.
