Le directeur de pays de l'AfD, Khushal Nabizada, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude intitul\u00e9e : <em>\u00ab Impact des interventions non pharmaceutiques pour r\u00e9duire la mortalit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au COVID-19 \u00bb, <\/em>dirig\u00e9 par l'Imperial College de Londres. Les strat\u00e9gies recommand\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9venir et contr\u00f4ler la propagation du COVID-19 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es pour une application dans le contexte de l'Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2176 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.actfordev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b4d4c053-fe37-4125-b8c6-b17d2349df8e-2-1-400x260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/actfordev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b4d4c053-fe37-4125-b8c6-b17d2349df8e-2-1-400x260.jpg 400w, https:\/\/actfordev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b4d4c053-fe37-4125-b8c6-b17d2349df8e-2-1-768x499.jpg 768w, https:\/\/actfordev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b4d4c053-fe37-4125-b8c6-b17d2349df8e-2-1-1077x700.jpg 1077w, https:\/\/actfordev.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b4d4c053-fe37-4125-b8c6-b17d2349df8e-2-1.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 382px) 100vw, 382px\" \/>Les interventions non pharmaceutiques recommand\u00e9es sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Isolement des cas suspects :\n<ul>\n<li>Les cas suspects doivent rester \u00e0 la maison pendant 7 jours, r\u00e9duisant de 75 % les contacts non domestiques pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Quarantaine volontaire \u00e0 domicile :\n<ul>\n<li>En cas d'identification d'un cas symptomatique dans un m\u00e9nage, tous les membres du m\u00e9nage restent \u00e0 domicile pendant 14 jours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Distanciation sociale des plus de 70 ans :\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9duire les contacts de 50 % sur les lieux de travail ; diminuer les contacts familiaux de 25 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Distanciation sociale de toute la population :\n<ul>\n<li>Tous les m\u00e9nages doivent r\u00e9duire de 75 % les contacts en dehors du foyer, de l'\u00e9cole ou du lieu de travail.<\/li>\n<li>Les taux de contact sur le lieu de travail seront r\u00e9duits de 25 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fermeture des \u00e9coles et universit\u00e9s :\n<ul>\n<li>Il doit y avoir fermeture de toutes les \u00e9coles; seulement 25 % des universit\u00e9s resteront ouvertes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En appliquant ces interventions non pharmaceutiques, la demande de soins serait r\u00e9duite de 2\/3 et la mortalit\u00e9 de moiti\u00e9. AfD\u2019s Country Director, Khushal Nabizada, presented the findings of the study titled: \u201cImpact of Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions to Reduce COVID-19 Mortality\u201d, conducted by the Imperial College London. The recommended strategies for preventing and controlling the spread of COVID-19 were evaluated for application in the context of Afghanistan. The recommended non-pharmaceutical interventions are as follows: Isolation of suspected cases: Suspected cases are to stay at home for 7 days, reducing non-household contact by 75% during this period. Voluntary home quarantine: In case of identification of a symptomatic case in a household, all household members remain at home for 14 days. Social distancing of those over 70 years of age: Reduce contacts by 50% in workplaces; decrease household contacts by 25%. Social distancing of entire population: All households must reduce contact outside the household, school or workplace by 75%. Workplace contact rates will be reduced by 25% Closure of schools and universities: There must be closure of all schools; only 25% of universities will remain open. By applying these non-pharmaceutical interventions, the healthcare demand would be reduced by 2\/3 and the mortality by half.\u00a0Khushal Nabizada was honored to attend this meeting and to present the findings of the study.
