recherches et \u00e9valuations de qualit\u00e9 sur les projets financ\u00e9s par nos g\u00e9n\u00e9reux donateurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces projets, nous pouvons prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es sur les politiques, les programmes eux-m\u00eames et l'affectation de nos ressources. En tant que conseil d'administration, nous menons des recherches analytiques sur l'efficacit\u00e9 et l'impact de nos projets, afin de d\u00e9terminer si nos objectifs sont atteints et de comprendre les facteurs qui contribuent \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite et aux difficult\u00e9s de notre travail de d\u00e9veloppement.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">En comprenant ce qui fonctionne et ce qui ne fonctionne pas, nos praticiens peuvent adapter et am\u00e9liorer les strat\u00e9gies, garantissant ainsi que nos projets deviennent plus efficaces et efficients au fil du temps. aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1481\"><p>Le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la recherche se concentre sur les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9valuation des besoins des sages-femmes locales dans les provinces de Kaboul et de Bamyan, en Afghanistan. Il vise \u00e0 partager des informations sur les exp\u00e9riences des sages-femmes, les besoins en formation et les normes de soins maternels.
